Dr. Tim Herman graduated from the UCSF School of Dentistry in 1988. He has been practicing dentistry at A+ Dental Care in Roseville and Lincoln since January of 1989 and became one of the owners of the practice in January 1993. Dr. Herman enjoys practicing dentistry with the great group of doctors at A+ Dental Care and looks forward to the future of dentistry and continuing to provide quality dental care to patients.
Dr. Abdon Manaloto has been apart of the A+ Dental Care Team since 1995. He was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry.
Dr. Tania Nelson-Chrystal graduated with honors from UCLA’s Dental school. Dr. Nelson-Chrystal accepted a position in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program at the University of Maryland at Baltimore and the R. Adam Cowley Shock Trauma Center. This prestigious program is world-renowned in trauma surgery, head and neck reconstruction, and microvascular surgery. During her six-year residency, Dr. Nelson-Chrystal also obtained her Medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Kayla Nguyen is a graduate from UC Davis and UC San Francisco. Dr. Nguyen is a Sacramento native who now resides in Roseville, since joining A+ Dental Care in 2002. She has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry from the Northern California Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry and is certified by the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. She enjoys improving patients’ smiles and helping patients overcome their dental fears. She also has special interests in Oral Surgery, implant and laser dentistry. Dr. Nguyen enjoys working with patients of all ages.
Dr. Flaviane Petersen has advanced training in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, sleep apnea splint, Botox® for TMJ related pain and is also certified in Oral Conscious Sedation. Dr. Petersen loves to change people’s lives by improving their smiles and overcoming their dental fears. Dr. Petersen is very active in the community.
Dr. Christopher Cooper is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida. Dr. Cooper practiced dentistry for four years in the Navy and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He joined A+ Dental Care in 2004 and lives in Rocklin with his wife and kids. Dr. Cooper enjoys providing excellent dental care for all of his patients and loves creating great dental experiences for children. Dr. Cooper is an avid sports fan and enjoy skiing, softball, basketball and spending time with his family.
After graduating from New York University College of Dentistry in 2003, Dr. Henry Dean served as chief resident at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. He worked as an associate dentist for several years before deciding to open his own practice. Wanting to be closer to family, he and his wife moved to northern California and now calls A+ Dental Care his home. Dr. Dean is committed to providing the best care possible for his patients through extensive postdoctoral continuing education in cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontic and implantology.
Dr. Justin Kim is a graduate of Pacific Union College and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Loma Linda University. Dr. Kim has participated in over 13 mission trips around the world donating dentistry to those in need. Dr. Kim’s patients enjoy his passion for dentistry and the individualized care they receive from him. In his free time, Dr. Kim enjoys reading, eating, cooking, and music.
Dr. Ashley Lau grew up in the East Bay Area but has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, Seattle, Washington and Chicago, Illinois. She is an avid craft beer and food enthusiast, disc golfer, amateur boxer and certified scuba diver. She appreciates enriching her life with wholesome experiences and learning new hobbies. She loves spending time with family, friends, and especially her cat Moku. She always looks forward to meeting new people and creating new memories together. She will respectably care for you with a gentle and thorough exam and perform high-quality treatment. Expect to be fully informed about every detail of your oral health so that you can make the best decisions that are long lasting for you.
Dr. Andy Lee obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and graduated as valedictorian from Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry (Temple University) in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Lee completed his three-year specialty training in periodontology from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. At Harvard, he further completed research in oral biology and received his Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc). Dr. Lee is a full-time clinician who is Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant surgery.
Dr. Lee loves to travel and serve in dental mission trips to various countries, and enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He speaks fluent Korean, and is in the process of learning Spanish with the help of his wife, Joohee, who grew up in Mexico.
Dr. Kelsey Lomen was born in Los Angeles and is a recent graduate from UCLA’s esteemed School of Dentistry. She has been a noteworthy leader throughout many aspects of her community. After becoming one of the youngest female pilots in the nation at age 17, she began mentoring a local youth group that helps teens learn how to fly and was soon recognized by the Council of the City of Los Angeles in a televised award ceremony for her inspirational dedication to the spirit of aviation at such a young age. Even now, her passion for introducing kids to aviation and inspiring others to reach their highest potential is ever apparent in her daily conversations.
Dr. Lomen continued to show dedication and compassion for her community while in dental school with countless oral health fairs and volunteer clinics throughout the city of Los Angeles. Her constant curiosity and perseverant nature lead her to excel in the craft of dentistry while in school, earning respect and recognition from her peers and faculty alike. In 2020, she was elected Vice President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Student Dental Association, and subsequently went on to serve the National Board of the American Student Dental Association as the editor for the organization’s renowned national publication, Contour Magazine.
After graduating from UCLA, Dr. Lomen moved to Sacramento to practice dentistry. Dr. Lomen believes dentistry is a profession of lifelong learning and holds the utmost value in providing our family of patients with quality, comprehensive care that can truly make a difference. The sky is the limit for what the future holds!

Kelsey is an avid backpacker, solo hiking the 200 mile John Muir Trail in 2018. She has a cat named Frank who loves car rides, water, and the outdoors. Some say he is part dog. Kelsey has been building cars and motorcycles since she was a teenager and now enjoys her custom Suzuki SFV650 motorcycle.
Dr. Kaleigh Galloway graduated from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. She is compassionate and aims to provide quality work while making sure her patients know their needs are being met. She treats each of her patients as important individuals and shows that she cares about them as a person and not just their teeth.
Dr. Michael B. Guess has been an Orthodontist for over 34 years. Patients love his honest and direct approach to their treatment. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree. He received his certification in Orthodontics from Ohio State University. Outside of the office he enjoys hiking, chess and scientific research.
Dr. Kristin Kilarski graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. She aims to treat the specific needs of every patient while focusing on their overall oral health and making sure they are comfortable throughout their visit. She is a great communicator and takes time to discuss treatment plans, answer questions, and educate all her patients about their procedures and oral health.

I'm embarrassed to admit that it had been a few years since I had a simple checkup for my teeth. I think I had been scarred by previous dentists and hygienist. But I finally mustered up the courage to go back and get a cleaning and WOW...what a great experience with A Plus Dental in North Natomas. I really felt like they were forgiving with my teeth. They didn't make me feel ashamed about my teeth. They weren't disappointed with me for not coming in sooner. They were extremely compassionate and empathetic. Also, they made the experience with my whole family accommodating. For anyone, I would highly recommend this dental office. I felt like they truly cared about us. Unfortunately, we're moving out of Sacramento so we won't be coming there b/c of proximity reasons. But for anyone in the area, this is THE BEST dental office.

I must say this office does have an A+ dental care service...especially Dr. Galloway and her assistants! Super friendly, gentle, and cares for her patients. I usually get very anxious when visiting the dentist, but I felt very calm and safe with her. A+ experience!
I’m absolutely grateful for finding out about this place. I just recently switched from Market West Dental because they’re absolutely dishonest and overcharge for procedures that are very dangerously unnecessary (they tried to tell me I needed scaling and root planning for $900 and a porcelain crown for an additional $500 on a “pre cavity dot”). Dr Galloway and her assistant, Rosario, were both extremely helpful, gave me the necessary cleaning I was denied for an entire year from Market West unless I paid for what they wanted, and they told me the truth about taking care of my gums and that a scaling and root planning was absolutely unnecessary unless my gums got really bad and bone loss occurred. Brianna was also amazing too! I love the honesty and environment of this place

My Dentist was intelligent, considerate, gentle and efficient. She really knows her stuff. They use state of the art equipment and materials. The staff at the front desk are kind and considerate. I can not say that I "enjoyed" the experience though. It is a dentist office with needles and drills and suction etc. Its not Disneyland or an open bar at a wedding or anything. The injections were easy and pretty painless. I'm glad that I had my work done there and am very satisfied with the level of service and friendliness.

I’ve been to see Dr. Lomen for fillings and several general cleanings. It’s always simple getting in for appointments that work with my schedule and an easy process once in the office. Dr. Lomen communicates her plan of action well and has never rushed through an appointment with me. As far as going to the dentist goes ( which I can’t believe is anyone’s favorite thing), A+ dental and Dr. Lomen make my visits and treatments as pleasant as possible.
The whole staff was great to work with and I truly felt like they provided me with the best individualized care that they could. I have tried two other dental offices in the last two years and those were very commercialized. Exercise this dental office feels like real old school dental office.

We moved here from Indiana and needed a new dentist after a filling of Sue. Very impressed with all the staff. Everyone friendly and skilled. I’ve set up the rest of the family with appts. as well.
My 11 yr old son was originally told he would have to have 2 route canals. We had a re-evaluation with the new Pediatric Specialist on board with Southern Dental. She was wonderful! She gave us an alternative option, similar to a regular filling, but a little more of an intensive proceduer. She even worked him in that same day to get the work done that was needed on one side of his mouth. He will return to finish work on the other side of his mouth in a week. Thankfully his tooth was saved! She even used white composit, so you don't even notice he had work done on his teeth. She, and all the staff were wonderful with my son. They made sure he was comfortable through the entire procedure. I was initially nervous for my son, but the dentist and her team did a terrific job, and made my son feel at ease before, during and throughout the procedure. Their whole staff is great! FYI: Frank, the dental assistant, is AMAZING!!!
After having a horrible experience with a previous dental office a few months ago I was reluctant in returning to a dental office. I found Southern Dental close to work, looked at the reviews and gave it a try. I must say i was impressed as soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the ladies at the front desk. I listened how they interacted with the other patients and these women are great. The whole staff are all welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I think I found my new dental office!

I love A+ Dental! Their entire staff is lovely, very nice, easy experience from beginning to end. Dr. Loman however, is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable, but very conservative in care, and didn’t try to give me anything I didn’t need. I look forward to regular cleanings, but I first went in to fix a chipped tooth, and let me tell you - she is an artist. She also is very funny and friendly, which obviously helps a lot at the dentist. I was very comfortable. I have been to a few other dentists in midtown before A+ and didn’t have the greatest experience, so take that for whatever it’s worth. I highly recommend A+. (If you go to their office in midtown, parking is standard street, so arrive a little early for your appointments, and there are only a few spots right in front.)

This review is specifically for Dr. Chrystal and her wonderful RDA Kat. Dr. Chrystal is warm, friendly, and very efficient. Kat could not be more wonderful. She is caring and is excellent at her vocation. The two of them are like a finely tuned instrument at how they do their vocations. While the dentist is not the best place they make the experience a little less stressful.

Today was the second time I had crowns applied at A+ dental in Rocklin. Dr Cooper is very friendly, focused, takes the time to discuss treatment needs, and does not do unnecessary work. His assistant Britany was very compassionate towards my fears, reassuring me that I was in good hands, and she was right. I had little to no discomfort from Dr. Coopers great services. Firstly, I came in needing tons of work. I was always afraid to see a dentist because of a bad experience I had when I was younger. I stopped going for many years and depression didn’t help with the dental hygiene either. I came here and have been going for a few years now. The first appointment was the hardest and I still get nervous, but the doctors and assistants here are great and knowing I’m in good hands helps a lot. I had to have an extraction with a really bad infected tooth with Dr Crystal. Unfortunately even after antibiotics, I was not able to get fully numb. I proceeded with the removal and she was very quick, calm, and knowledgeable. After this I saw Dr Lau a few times for fillings/extractions etc. She consistently checked in with me during procedures to make sure I was ok. She explained each step so it helped to calm my nerves. She would make sure I was fully numb and comfortable multiple times (I’ve had experiences where dentists were not so careful or gentle). She also checks in with her assistants to make sure they are comfortable as well! She takes great pride in her work, enjoys what she does, and it shows. I see some reviews about bait and switch and price gouging etc and have not experienced this. I’ve been given multiple options for procedures and I let them know what works with my budget and when I can do it. Then we get it done- no guilt trips, no lectures. Sometimes the receptionists get a bit crabby at the end of the day, but there are also some very friendly ones too. And the communication is spot on- I get text reminders and a call the day before which helps me a lot. Very happy with this place. I doubt I’d ever go elsewhere - I just have not had the same level of care anywhere else and it has done so much for my health physically and otherwise.
By far the best experience I’ve had at a dental office to date. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Lou (not sure if it’s the correct spelling) and she truly seemed like she cared about her patients and it was only my first time there. All in all the The professionalism of the staff and experience as a whole was 10/10. 100% recommend to anyone considering a new dentist in the area.
Been going here for about 3 years. Had to get 4 new crowns and eventually replace 3 older crowns that fell out. That was a constant problem before, crowns coming out. Since switching here, I no longer have any of those issues. Dr. Cooper does wonderful work and his staff is excellent.

My recent dentist didn't give me as much hope in saving my teeth, since she had said that my teeth were broken and beyond repair. But after my first visit to this place, I was literally blown away, like wow. The customer service was so perfect,, and the dentist (Henry Dean) He worked on my teeth with such precision and care and literally saved my teeth , he made sure to pay attention to every single problem. I'd have to say this is the best dentist I've been to in a VERY long time. Totally recommend this place

Spectacular dentistry! I’ve never in my life been able to smile like am now, I’d never been able to speak without feeling self conscious or insecure about my smile. That’s gone. The entire staff of A+Dental has treated me like family and done everything to make sure I have not only a beautiful smile but a healthy smile also. Each doctor worked with me to ensure everything was to my liking at every turn. I am absolutely loving my implants and my stunningly white smile now! Dr. Ash has provided our family excellent dental work. Today I went to see him for a chipped front tooth filling and he not only fixed the chip but matched the filling to my tooth color so perfect and sculpted the tooth so well. He is a true artist!
I am so impressed with A+ Dental Care. Every time I go there, I am completely comfortable with the care I receive. The front desk is always pleasant and eager to help. I see Dr. Manaloto and he is amazing. He takes time to explain things thoroughly and answers all of my questions without making me feel bothersome or rushed. One time, I was having trouble getting answers from an office that A+ Dental referred me to and I was mentioning it to the dental assistant. Dr. Manaloto overheard my conversation and he called the specialist and informed him of my difficulties with his office. I haven’t had a problem ever since. Dr. Manaloto takes good care of his patients, goes the extra mile, and I can really appreciate that. The dental assistants are amazing as well. I feel like an old friend when I’m there. A+ Dental Care is exactly what their name states, A+.
As a head-strong dentist despiser... I take this review very seriously. I've spent years and years having the worst experiences with dental offices and ever since I found A+ Dental off J Street my viewpoint has completely changed. Every single team member is kind, responsive to individual needs, nonjudgmental, and communicative. It truly feels like they are there to help. Naturally, I still hate the dentist, though the A+ dental team has provided me a space where that doesn't have to be denied or hidden. Even better, they've offered lots of strategies to cope with the discomfort. I feel very well taken care of and comfortable expressing concerns, so much so that for the first time in 20+ years I regularly visit the dentist! :o To top it all off, their front desk staff is particularly great at what they do. Not everyone has dollar bills to throw at their pearly whites, nor the capacity to understand insurance complexities. The front desk staff really takes that pressure off and does their very best to support you whatever your situation may be. I literally cannot recommend them enough. The dentist will always suck, but A+ dental gets an A+++++ from me!
Before going home after teeth cleaning, the Dental hygienist typically sends the person home with a sample package of tooth care products, some stains they missed cleaning, and minor/major toothache due to the cleaning. Today was the first time I had my teeth cleaned by Leneisha at A Plus. She sent me home with only the sample package of tooth care products. She did a through job and she had magic hands that her cleaning tools did not irritate my sensitive teeth but yet enough to do a complete and fast cleaning. She is truly one of the best hygienists I ever cared by if not the best and hope to see her again at A Plus during my next visit in the Fall.

Very happy with my experience’s at Rocklin’s A Plus Dental Care. Dr. Cooper and Team are friendly, professional and experts in their field. The A Plus network has many awesome connections that have improved the dental care my family receives.
My dental insurance changed, and I had to leave this dentist as a result. But the minute I got my insurance upgraded and I was able to, I returned to them immediately. The dentist there is great, but the reason I was so happy to come back was because of the amazing support staff. They're just fantastic. I hadn't been used to this kind of proactive customer support at a dental office. The dentist knows I trust him and that he does a job, but I think he also knows they're why I'm a returning customer.
Our whole family is visiting Aplus dental care Folsom for our Dental needs for the last couple of years. The staff here is awesome. Very helpful. Dr. Sepideh is really good. She recommended a Bridge and a Denture for my wife and for myself and both worked out really well for us. I highly recommend this place to anybody for Dental needs.

I was traveling through the area when the crown on my implant came off. This was on a Sunday so I called the emergency number and reached Dr. Cooper. He took the time on a weekend to meet me at his practice and reattach my crown. He was so friendly to work with and did a very thorough job. I was traveling for work to a very remote area and the last thing I needed was to worry about my tooth. Dr. Cooper was a lifesaver! His practice was very clean and he was very knowledge. Highly recommend!

I've become a patient here only about 2 months ago and I would like to acknowledge this dental clinic as one of the best offices in their profession from their quality of work to the entire staff as a team. The team at this dental office presents a very comfortable atmosphere with their generous mannerisms and personalities, and top to bottom conversations and concerns between the dentists and I are always polite, soft spoken, and very detailed. Any work I've had done was met with the same type of expertise going into the procedure, which I believe assured for minimal to no discomfort, which is something I highly appreciate at a dental office for sure. I've had a good amount of work done here already taking care of things I didn't in the past, and expected a borderline nightmare scenario with my recovery process due to such, but as a result of my experiences here I actually enjoy and look forward to visits. Knowing the hands I'm in are full of top-quality care and that I'm leaving with a better smile every time is a great feeling, and I couldn't thank the team here enough.

At first I was kind of intimidated because I haven't gone to a dentist in a couple of years, but the staff is really friendly and helpful! Cindy helped me with my Invisalign checkup and gave me her number in case I have any questions about my progress with my Invisalign. I was referred to this office from my orthodontist, for some work with their on site laser. Fantastic initial visit, and the dentist found that I had had a small cavity. He painlessly fixed the cavity within just a few minutes and I didn’t even have to schedule a visit. I would recommend without any hesitation!

And this was a bit of a tricky fitting, but it was handled with ease, care, compassion, and (best of all) no pain. My visit to Dr. Nguyen at A+ Dental today was excellent. She addressed some concerns I had about flossing around a new crown in a really effective way I thought and put me at ease about flossing -- I would say I'm actually looking forward to doing some vigorous flossing before I go to bed tonight. I always have the sense that Dr. Nguyen is very skilled and knowledgeable when she examines my teeth. She keeps a close watch on the health of each tooth, explains any issues that she sees in a way that I get a great understanding of what's going on. Also I feel like she recommends what's essential to keep my teeth healthy. And then if there's anything that has to be done, like a filling, I always feel confident that she's doing work of high quality. After seeing Dr. Nguyen now for a few years I feel that she is among the best dentists I’ve been to, if not the best. Also the hygienists, as always, were very sure handed and proficient -- whether it's cleaning or removing build-up, they are thorough and effective without causing any pain with the tools. My impression is always that they are well-trained, knowledgeable and comforting to be around. I feel generally that the health of my teeth and gums has gotten very good following regular cleanings/check-ups at A+ Dental and practicing their brushing and flossing recommendations, to the point that I’m leaving most appointments recently with no cavities and predominantly 3’s and 2’s in my gums. Not to mention the fact that at after my exam today, I was ecstatic to hear that I had no cavities!

Dr Ash and his staff are wonderful! It’s hard to find an honest, trustworthy dentist but I felt like he really listened to me and I was part of making my dental plan. I have always had a great experience visiting Dr Cooper and his staff at A Plus Dental Care. My regular cleanings have always been a breeze, as the staff is very careful and gentle. They are even very careful and considerate when it comes to tooth sensitivity and things like rinsing your mouth! It’s all in the details and this office has it down. Dr. Cooper is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain everything so that I am fully understanding treatment and treatment options. I’ve had fillings, a crown, and he fixed a chipped tooth- all great experiences. Front office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Overall best experience I’ve had with a dentist.

I have found my dentist. The staff is so kind and very quick. I was out of the office within 2 hrs and that is after I found out I needed to get additional work done , they were able to see me the same day and I did not have to come back. I recommend A+ dental care to everyone.

**I am only giving them 5 stars because it does not allow me to give 10!** I've intentionally waited to write this review. After my first experience with a completely different dentist, I wanted to wait until I had been with A+ dental at least one year and had gotten enough work done to provide a truthful review. Well, here I am, one year later, and I cannot stop praising Dr. Kayla Nguyen and the whole Foothills team (Erica, Cindy, Lindsay, Jessica, and I cannot remember her name right now, but she has cats and is super awesome)!! I came to them extremely fearful, as my last dental experience with a completely different dentist, was extremely unfortunate (that's putting it lightly). Not only did they take the time to listen to my concerns, they were extremely kind, patient, professional, and efficient! I had not been to a dentist in a while and needed to get a lot of things taken care of. Dr. Nguyen, was always super funny and just an overall joy to be around whenever I went to have work done. Erica, would always take the time to answer all of my maaaany (not a typo...lol) questions in regards to billing. She was always super eager to assist me with getting all the paperwork I needed. Cindy, always took the time to school me on realistic expectations about the work that was required in order to realize a healthy smile. Lindsay, ALWAYS had the warmest welcomes and brightest smile whenever she would execute my semi-annual cleanings (she honestly always made the time fly by) or just see me in the office getting other things done. Jessica, was always super friendly on the phone whenever I called to either book an appointment or modify an existing appointment. Lastly, I wish I could remember her name...but she was one of the first individuals that I met at the foothills location and we bonded over our love for cats...lol. She is an amazing person, really down to earth and relatable!! Overall, I am truly grateful that I found A+ Dental!! They are an AMAZING team and I would definitely recommend them to anyone 100%!!! ~ CN
I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and have had some traumatic, painful experiences with dentists before. Getting my dental work done at A+ Dental has done a lot to restore my faith and trust in dentists - they have been nothing but kind, thoughtful, and patient. The dentist, dental assistants, and hygienist are so good at listening and working with you. I trust them all and will be coming back for my future cleanings and exams. They do their absolute best to maximize your insurance benefits, which is great. Highly recommend! I'm so happy with the experience I had.

Rhina and Doctor Reiff were amazing. This was my best dentist visit in all of my 28 years of life. They worked extremely well together and were very attantative and made sure I felt secure and comfortable. They also did an amazing job on replacing 2 of my fillings. On a scale or 1 to 10 the pain was a 1 for me. I will be going back to this location every time even though it is 5 minutes more out or the way. Doctor Reiff has been a professional for 30 years and Rhina has for 17 years and it shows.

My experience with A Plus Dental started when my daughter had tooth/jaw pain. We went to the Forest Hills location where it was decided she need her 2 remaining wisdom teeth extracted. We scheduled an appointment to do so at the Coloma location the following day. Everyone was very nice at the Forrest Hills location and this continued at the Coloma office. All went fine and my daughter's recovery was as good as could be expected. While in the Coloma office on that Saturday I inquired about the teeth whitening service, the person at the desk took my information and someone called me regarding the teeth whitening and I had it done on Tuesday. Once again everyone was great including Addy who did a great job. She explained the procedure up front, constantly made sure I was not feeling any discomfort and informed my of how to prolong the benefits of the service. Whoever the force is in ensuring that your organization provides service with a smile is doing a great job.

I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 2 years and was super nervous about my cleaning. My dental hygienist, Mary was awesome. I told her that I’ve been slacking in the flossing department and she did not judge me. The entire process was great. I felt like she spent extra time cleaning my teeth (maybe cuz I needed it lol). I left with my teeth feeling nice and clean . My exam was also very thorough. Dr. Dean answered all my questions and concerns I had. I also inquired about getting Invisalign and they were also able to give me a quote. It’s so convenient to have an office that also does orthodontics! Overall, the entire the staff was super nice. I’m definitely asking for Mary for my next cleaning.
The quickest DDS appointment I've ever had! I'm on a new medication that causes enamel to wear fast. My dentist caught the beginning of a cavity forming on the front of a tooth that wasn't there 6 months ago. My appointment was scheduled for the following week and I was in the dental chair for 13 minutes. No shots, anesthesia or drilling was needed. A laser treatment that only jiggled my head a tiny bit; zero pain and very efficient. Cavity was removed, tooth & gum area were cleaned and patched up in < 15 minutes. Hooray! Dr Phan at the Coloma location is fantastic - Thank you!

Had a major tooth ache. Called at 8:00 am and they got me in at noon. I DON’T like going to the dentist at all. Adriana at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very nice. Mel took me back for X-rays and took care of me during my stay. Dr Phan was awesome as well explaining everything to me and giving me multiple options for fixing my problem. Best cleaning & ck up EVER! I have sensitive teeth, and Mary listened & didn't hit a hot stop. (cleaning for me are a nightmare) Mr Lee was supportive & encouraging, making me feel like I was his only patient. Kimberly, the finance lady was helpful laying out plans to accommodate future work. -And Pearl from the front desk, validated my parking and got me out the door in 1hr & 10 minutes! This was a Happy, relaxing dental visit and I recommend them to everyone! Plus, parking IN the buildings garage, BONUS!! (That's ON J STREET!)

The experience was better than I expected. I had a procedure that lasted 3 1/2 hours. I was given nitrous oxide the first hour which made it much easier . The dentist and assistant We’re both professional, experience, and kind.

Considerable time conferring with multiple Midtown dental practices led me to this one. Pearl Abella, its very capable office manager, effectively helped me navigate and coordinate a long anticipated implant procedure. Henry Dean, DDS, is an experienced dentist who is fairly new to Sacramento. I have great respect for a dentist who will honestly assess a situation and thoroughly articulate as it is. My family is grateful for Dr. Dean’s expertise and recent care, and we look forward to working with this team again when dental services are needed.

Multiple positives about my visit! They took my back within a minute of me checking in. I also had my 2 month old daughter and when she began to fuss, Cyndi offered to comfort her and even fed her a bottle and burped her. She also took her into a safer room while i got my x rays. Some places will make you feel inconveniencing by bringing the baby, but they were so sweet! Jean, who cleaned my teeth, was very professional and explained everything she was doing. Dr Nguyen explained my best treatment options and the front desk also had my pricing quote before I left. Love this place already and will refer coworkers and friends. :)

This is a great dental office. It is a very nice facility and location, which gives a very comfortable feeling. They use technology well in not only the scheduling and reminder aspect prior to your appointment, but also have implemented technology into their practice very well. Many other dental offices are using the same technology from 20 years ago, so it was a refreshing change to this office and their use of technology. The staff and Doctors are very skilled and knowledgeable. Lori is a wonderful registered dental hygienist, not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also very friendly and outgoing. I used to dread going to the dentist but no longer feel that way with A Plus Dental in Rocklin. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job replacing a lost filling. The process was quick and painless. I was having a rough day dealing with traffic and work and I did not arrive at the office in the best mood. Loved my experience with A+Denta in Lincoln, I get really bad anxiety at the dentist and by the time I was done I felt silly for having anxiety in the first place. They were really kind and gentle and I felt no pain. Such a great experience. Came back with my family and everyone did great including my Son who also get terrible dentist anxiety. The staff did an excellent job calming him down. Dr Tam is so good and the experience was so painless and easy and the hygienist Terry was absolutely amazing with my Son, she even encouraged him to wiggle his teeth out himself while he was in the chair, he had been to scared to do it on his own up to this point. Again awesome experience. Love this place and their amazing staff.

I am completely blown away by how wonderful the whole team is at this office. The front office girl had trouble with my insurance but made sure we was able to figure it out in a timely manner. Their hygienist took her time with me and didn't make me feel like I was a new patient, and Dr Cooper was very nice and explained everything to me and gave me a complete understanding of my next steps. Dr Murphy and her staff are phenomenal. Their compassion and caring made my seven year olds experience a great visit to the dentist. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. Dr Murphy got him right over to a Oral Facial Myologist to start working on his tongue placement and bite. We could not be more delighted with his outcome.

My first experience with A+ Dental was over a year ago when they bought out a private dental practice where I was a patient and I have to say I’m glad they did. I’ve had only good experiences with all their staff. Dr. Cooper is great. He’s courteous, thorough, and always takes the time to adress any questions or concerns. I personally think people don’t really know much about teeth, and that we as a whole should ask more questions. I like that Dr Cooper is a bit conservative when it comes to treatment plans. He has a good balance between what needs to be done right away, and what can wait a bit (for payday or insurance billing cycle etc). Or if something looks like it could BECOME a cavity but isn’t yet, he doesn’t tell you to do a filling right away, he let you know it’s there, and makes a note to check on it at the next cleaning and then proceed from there if It develops into a cavity. I’ve never felt like he exaggerated things so they could make more money ( which happened to my twin sister a few years ago at another dental clinic). Laurie, the hygienist is also very competent and personable, and Sabrina at reception/admin, is also very nice. Another perk here is that they alternate their opening times, some days they open late and work until 7pm and others they start at 7 am and close at 4pm. I love this, because it gives me more flexibility in planning appts around work. I know there are some A+ offices that open Sat, but this location isn’t one of them. Instead they do the alternating opening times. Oh and one more thing, I like that they do text confirmations instead of calling and leaving a voicemail, because I usually can’t answer during work. So the text is much more convenient.
Dr. Cooper is the best. Lori is also great and everyone at the front desk is super helpful. Great overall experience every time I go in for a visit. Very clean office and staff is always friendly and professional!
I’ve been with this Dental Office for 40 years. I am not one to accept less than good quality services and care. There have been many changes in dentistry and this office keeps up with the technology changes and they continue to provide excellent quality care.

Love love love this practice! Both offices in Coloma and on Foothills Blvd have extremely nice and professional staff! My entire family and in laws are willing to drive at least an hour each way just to see Dr. Nguyen and her staff. My two kids love Dr. Boone, their orthodontist. The dentists here are gentle and compassionate. It is extremely important especially when my husband was traumatized when he was a young child by an inexperienced and careless dentist. I found that these two offices became a second family to us. I definitely recommend A+ dental to everyone who needs a family dentist.

I went for a wisdom tooth extraction due to a painful wisdom tooth coming out improperly and rubbing against my cheek. That said, the thought of having it removed was terrifying as I have a phobia of visiting the dentist due to some traumatic experiences as a kid. I went to see Dr. Fernando Vargas and I must say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with at the dentist office. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes and the extraction was handled with such ease and shockingly pain free. Dr. Vargas is a true gem at his craft and I would recommend him to anyone. It is rare to find a dentist that truly cares for his patience. Thank you Dr. Vargas for the wonderful work.

I called Dr. Murphy's office this morning with an urgent dental concern. They were able to squeeze me in and everyone - from the staff to Dr. Murphy - was warm, friendly, and efficient. I'll add a few more details for those of you who are - like me - not big fans of the dentist and would like to make those visits count. I've had trouble with my gums for a number of years due to grinding my teeth and over brushing. My dentist in Washington tracked the continually worsening situation and fitted me for a mouth guard to help with the grinding. But the mouth guard made me feel like I was choking all night, and so I avoided wearing it. Dr. Murphy's first comments were "I don't know if you've tried a mouth guard, but I wouldn't recommend getting one professionally fitted quite yet. I'd recommend you try an over the counter one to see if it will be useful for you." When I told her I'd tried one, and the problems I'd had, she recommended using a small one only on the lower arch to specifically protect the problem area. She could have made $$$ charging me for fitting a mouth guard, and I appreciated her looking after my best interests instead. Her following recommendations were ones my other dentist never shared with me: reduce the acid in your mouth by rinsing or chewing gum after you eat; drink alkaline water if you need water during the night; and utilize a special toothpaste around the problem areas to further neutralize any acid. These are easy lifestyle changes I'm implementing right away. Finally, I don't much care for the doctor or dentist. Being in a small space with a stranger poking at me is just not my cup of tea. I look for really gentle, warm, caring providers (otherwise I end up avoiding appointments). Dr. Murphy was totally that. Definitely recommend.
Great experience with the entire staff. Very warm and inviting. It had been longer than I’d like to admit since I’ve seen a dentist and Pearl at the front desk was beyond helpful with my insurance and other inquires. When it was time to see Dr. Murphy, she totally put me at ease. She had her work cut out for her with me and she managed to make it all a pleasant experience. Professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Everyone was great. I came in for a filling that came out and was seen with very short wait of 10 minutes. Dr explained everything and they even used a cool laser machine to do the filling so I didn’t need meds. It worked great with no pain. Will come again

Wow! I can't imagine your finding a better dentist and office. I drove all the way from Chico after having 2 poor dentists and feeling that the drive was worth it to have a dentist with a great reputation. As for my visit, I was first met by an amazing receptionist who obviously has that office running as smoothly as if she had coached a gold medal winning synchronized swimming team. Then you have Lori, the hygienist, greet you with such a warm welcome that you think you could be in her home. You would think that she is a retired neurosurgeon with how delicate and precise she is with all of those tiny sharp tools. Dr. Cooper obviously not only knows his dental stuff, but has years of experience to guide his calm hands. I was ecstatic to learn I didn't need any teeth pulled, but I bet he has some guns for biceps and could extract a tooth with no effort. My one complaint is that he was so professional that he kept his jacket on the entire time so I couldn't check out those arms. Oh yeah, don't sit around saving up cash like I did before going in. They have this great $25/ month plan that is going to get me 2 cleanings and x-rays yearly, and if I need more invasive care some sort of discount. Now I can do something fun with this money like save for some cool crowns engraved with my dogs picture.... or maybe my wife's initials.... just kidding about this part..... at least regarding my dog. Also, the office is really comfortable and nice. At the same time, I wore my usual scuffed up flip flops and the staff still treated me like royalty, or a doctor, so much that I won't feel uncomfortable wearing them back for my next visit. What else..... no hidden costs..... I need some more work and they had prices for me before I left. Not like some of the scam artist dentists out there. I am so happy that Dr. Cooper is the only doc in the office, too. No getting pawned off on the new doc so that your mouth can be a training place for their clumsy hands. Stop reading and just go. My wife says folks are going to think I am family since it is so positive. That isn't true, but if Dr. Cooper had daughters old enough I would be trying to get one of them to date my son and then I could become family. Dr. Cooper just seems like such a genuinely good guy.

I came from a dental office in Carmichael where a longtime family friend was our dentist. He recently retired and the new dentist, change of staff, and a different way of running the office chased us away. Through dumb luck, we stumbled upon A+ Dental Care and Dr. Cooper. My Hygienist Lori is an absolute dream. She's so nice, professional, caring, and performs my cleanings without pain! Something I've had to deal with previously, so I'm thrilled with her skill. Tech Sabrina has always been so sweet in her care of my other dental needs,..I always look forward to my visits. And then there's Dr. Cooper. He's so personable, professional, and competent. Every procedure I've had has been perfectly performed. As long as I have teeth, he'll be my dentist! And finally, a shout out to Shelbie at the front desk. So happy to greet you and takes care of the billing and estimates for me with a smile and wonderful explanations of charges. All in all, I think I've found the dental office I'll stay with! All of the dentists are exceptional at A+ Dental Care. And, the staff is superb as well. It's also a plus that they don't hesitate to take care of you in an emergency and their office hours are phenomenal. You can't go wrong using A+ Dental Care.
Dr Cooper and his Assistant, Michaela, were extremely gentle with 4 fillings. Dr. Cooper had me take a few breaks to sit up and felt no pain. Michaela put me at ease and was friendly. A few weeks ago, Lori did cleaning and was almost relaxing being in chair (no pain). Nice offices with really friendly staff at front desk.
Dr. Oleg Semeryuk did a fantastic job on a recent filling for my front tooth. He really put in the time to make sure that I had the correct color filling and he made it look like my tooth wasn't even chipped. He's very delicate and takes his time and has an enormous amount of pride in his work. Hands down the best dentist I have gotten work done from.

Wow!!.. I have to say. I've been to about a dozen of dentist office's from when I lived in California then moving to the Seattle area. This Dental office we have discovered from word of mouth and decided to give them a try, when only having little hope after all the previous offices. I feel that most people aren't 100% comfortable admitting that they don't fully trust their Dental offices as to what they are advising... is it that they really want the best for me or simply wanting to rip me off?? as we have heard that's the reputation most Dental offices have. After my first visit, I was blown away with the service. LITERALLY!! I mean everything from; sending me text message reminders and that they're looking forward to my visit, the way you're greeted when first walking in and departing, the expedited service, pain-free when giving the shot to work on fillings (that was incredible) 100% honest recommendation from Dr. Oleg Semeryuk and you can totally see that this man truly cares for your wellbeing! Doesn't push any unnecessary treatments or procedures but builds a plan to the health of you're teeth and a beautiful smile. Dr. Oleg Semeryuk doesn't recommend anything that would jeopordize your trust (meaning he doesn't push anything on you and tells you that we need to take care of it right this minute) or if you not being comfortable with your decision. He would kindly inform you of any work requiring in priority order and you go from there... how awesome is that?! Some of the work that my previous Dr's have said is a must, he says that it's not needed.. or it can wait! Now, we plan a trip or two Roseville, CA each year for our Dental needs for my wife and myself. Once again, I guarantee you will be amazed and never think of going anywhere else, but to Dr. Oleg Semeryuk's Dental office!
This location used to be a private practice and the owner has since joined under A+ Dental Care. Unfortunately the dentist and hygentist that I am used to no longer work at this location. I was impressed that the layout stayed the same as it made me feel at ease with it being familiar. The cleanliness of the entire facility has also remained top notch. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lori (hygentist) as well as Dr. Cooper were friendly and professional. I felt at ease and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. They also laughed at my corny sarcasim, so that didn't hurt either..! There is never a wait like most places and they are so helpful with my many questions. The Dentists are great and my hygienist Terry is a true sweetheart.
I have avoided the dentist basically all my life based on a bad experience as a child. I was dealing with a tooth ach for about 4 years off and on, then the tooth started to break and the pain begin to become intolerable. Therefore, I made a dentist appointment with A plus dental I was so scared bit they made me feel comfortable and painless. Furthermore, waiting has been the 30 seconds at the most. Now I go see the dentist more frequently and at ease. They become my permanent family dentist. I have a family Of 6 teenagers and they are very comfortable coming here. All I can say if you have doubts and have had bad experience please give them a chance you don't need to live with pain. Mot to mention the friendly staff and great customer service they provide. This is an I'm and out service I know I'm busy with all this kids my time is valuable.

Dr. Cooper is an amazing dentist. He is extremely gentle and very professional. He is always very thorough and always takes time to answer my questions. He's been my dentist for over 10 years and now treats my children as well. My oldest daughter just got her braces off and we asked Dr. Cooper if he could do some cosmetic work to her smile (she had a tooth that was slightly skinnier then it should be which left a gap in her smile). He explained all of our treatment options and recommended the most affordable for us. The results were unbelievable! You could not tell AT ALL, that part of her tooth was manufactured! He did an excellent job and we are so grateful for the time he took to make sure it looked perfect. You can trust that he has his patient's best interest at heart and that when he's working on you, you will be treated with respect and receive the type of care he'd give to a family member. He's a fantastic dentist and his staff is incredible as well. Appointments are always on time and can I just mention Lori, his dental hygienist for one sweet second? AMAZING!!! She is super friendly and the most gently hygentist ever. Love her so much! I feel so fortunate to have found this dental office!

The hygienist is friendly and makes the appointment fly by with her light and humorous personality. Dr. Cooper is kind and has a very steady hand. I did not feel a thing and I had 9 fillings done! All in all the office staff is cheerful and very helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Growing up, I had the same dentist for all 18 years. I loved him, but moved away during college. Since then, I've had a few different dentists and I've found A+ in Lincoln to be superbly organized and professional with up-to-date technology and efficient, knowledgeable, mature staff. I've NEVER been taken back late (although I usually schedule a.m. appointments). My hygienist, Terry, is warm and funny. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area.
I went for deep cleaning and my hygienist Nicole Mora was wonderful and fun. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I do recommend A+dental care highly to every one.

I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist and since I have been going to Dr Cooper, I can say I'm totally relaxed. I have never been to a dentist as professional and efficient as Dr Cooper! He is up on the latest technology, and uses it in his office. He is patient oriented and backs his work 100%. The work he does is superior. I've had an implant, crowns and fillings and no pain with any of them. I love it when he uses his Lazer for fillings. No needles, no deadening. I would highly recommend him and his staff. They are all true professionals. Prices... Extremely good!

Wonderful staff! My first visit here and it was wonderful! I was in quite a lot of pain and Dr. Nyuguen were so great and took great care of me. I was in and out within a half hour and in much less pain!! Looking forward to making this my new dentist-love the convenience of being close to my work and such accommodating hours!

I love Dr. Kayla. She makes my time in the chair almost fun. She is fast - the NASCAR of her profession. She's compassionate - Dr. Livingston in a slightly smaller package. And a sculptor to boot - Michaelangelo with a drill. She is something else!
Needed a root canal due to severe pain. They were able to get me in right away and the procedure was painless. Very nice staff and loved the office - looked like s pretty house and not a dentist office!!

Best Dental services I have experienced in California. Dr. Cooper is wonderful, methodical, gentle and very caring. The hygienist Lori is terrific and Sabrina and Pearl all make for a great dental experience. Just had a crown procedure and it went as smooth as possible! A+ Dental Rocklin is a great place to go for dental care!
I love coming to see the dentist now..it wasn't always the case. Dr. Cooper & his staff are amazing, friendly and professional. Dr. Cooper and Lori are both exceptional at what they do! It is painless dentistry for sure! I even let Dr. Cooper pull my wisdom teeth while awake!!! Lori is so gentle with my routine cleanings and always gives me great instructions on future care! I am truly impressed with this team!!
My six year old needed a filing. The staff was very comforting and explained what was happening throughout the process in a child friendly manner. The staff also educated him on how to better brush, and he's taking great care in brushing the way they showed him. Thank you A+ for the excellent experience!
They were quick to check me in and pull me back. The staff and dentist were very pleasant & easy to talk to. They had a last minute cancellation and fit me in for a root canal of all things and it was a very speedy process. Dr. Man was a very happy go lucky kinda person and I am very impressed. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past and am very untrusting of them, but Dr McAdams is amazing and made me feel like she was in it to help, not make money off me. She is such a sweet person and made me comfortable for the first time in a dentists chair in years! Terri, the hygienist was amazing as well and so sweet. I finally found people I trust while working on my teeth and that says a lot to me. I was referred over by my boyfriend who sees Lori and has always had a great experience which is why I decided to give this place a chance and I am so happy I did. Amazing people, if you are at all apprehensive about seeing a dentist, request these amazing ladies, you won't regret it.

I have been to a few dentists in my life but was never as impressed as with Folsom Dental Group. The staff is great! I felt welcomed the moment I walked in with my daughter. Did not have to wait much to be seen. The office is super clean and very inviting. It was my daughter's first dental visit and she loved it. Dr. Emil was super cool, friendly and fun. She really felt comfortable being in the dental chair. Dr. Emil also provided services for me and I was impressed! He is very detail oriented, took his time and made his suggestions that made sense to me. The staff is professional, pleasant to be around with and flexible. They even take appointments in the evenings and Saturdays when typically other offices are closed. I am very happy with Folsom Dental Group and highly recommend them!
I have been going to Personalized Dental for 14 years. I love that I can schedule a cleaning for 7AM before work. I always have great service and they explain to me what needs to be done and why. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As long as I can help it, I will never go anywhere else!!

I called several dentists and after some research I decided to go to Folsom Dental. Tonya explained everything to me in an easy way to understand and I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Kandkhorov made me feel at ease and was very pleasant to work with. I was in and out and the extraction was easy and painless despite my prior disposition.
