I have to tell you all, this is the best dental office in Northern California. Dr. Kayla Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever had since I was a child and I am almost 63. The whole staff is friendly. Always a pleasure to come in even if it's to get a filling or new crown. I won't go anywhere else.
This office is one of the kindest and most welcoming doctor’s office I’ve ever been to! Front staff workers truly set the tone of how your visit will feel. They are always so friendly, and I appreciate how patient they are when trying to schedule f/u apts and are never bothered when you have to change it for life events (e.g. work) because they are so understanding.
Dr. Nguyen is so funny, personable and pure talent! I had to sadly get fillings but her work is so amazing that when I came home, I didn’t even know which tooth got a filing because they replicated the look of a tooth so well!!! She’s super fast and painless. I also, appreciate that she gets my concern of not wanting to do invasive measures unless truly needed. I had peg lateral teeth and I did not want veneers/crowns and so she did some type of composite bonding and till this day (12+ years later) they’ve held up so well!! I hope she never retires for as long as I have teeth lol i had Dr. Manaloto for a quick tooth adjustment when Dr. Nguyen was off and he was also so friendly and great as well!
The dental hygienist team are amazing!! I’ve had Jean for yearsss and she is just SOOO thorough when it comes to cleaning. Never makes me feel bad if I have a problem with my teeth and is so educational. I’m always laughing and smiling after I see her! My husband and mom have had Lindsey for years who I’ve also heard many great things about. Both are so good, which is why none of us have ever switched to try each other’s hygienist hahaha
Cindy is one of the advanced assistants that is so good at what she does. She was able to match my Invisalign to my fillings to fit them so well! Also, just a warm and friendly human being. Laneisha is another bubbly and super pleasant assistant there who you can tell just genuinely wants to make your visit as fun and comfortable as possible and will calm any nerves you’re feeling right before the procedure!
Customer service and workmanship here is unmatched. Literally the one doctor’s appointment that I honestly love coming to even if it’s not a fun procedure itself. Dental work with a side of emotional therapy for free!
